 After working with the creative and innovative owners of SEI and OYA we teamed up again to tackle their most ambitious project yet.  SAX,  located at 734 11th Street  is one of the most decadent spaces we have worked on in 10 years.  Our staff worked tirelessly on scaffolding, ladders and lifts to create a jaw dropping dramatic, seductive and sensuous environment chock full of smoky, aged finishes, gold leaf and crystal. From corner to corner we used  over 100 rolls of gold leaf texture, stained and sealed to appear as though it has been there forever.  In addition to the gold leaf, we used Faux Marble, 3D installations of crystal and one-of- a kind, hand made architectural  embellishments. The restaurant and burlesque performance space is designed to focus on the two story Glass enclosed Stage that was adorned with custom mouldings and framework.  This project took 7 artists 4 months. The owners wanted to make sure that when you arrived you knew that your experience would be theatrical, entertaining, luxurious and sensual.  Go check it out and tell us what you think!!!  A must see!
